Job: Voluntary Webmaster

Likes: Weetabix for breakfast, Foreign travel, Chelsea Football Club and not having to get out of bed at 6.20 in the morning to go to work.

Dislikes: People who moan (do something about it!), Arsenal Football Club, cauliflour cheese and being kept waiting.

Matthew works on an 'as and when' voluntary basis. He is also a user of direct-payments and has successfully operated his support needs package since 1998. He retired on medical grounds from full-time employment within the Civil Service and latterly with Sodexho Support Services in 2003. Since then he taught himself the basics in web design. Matthew also serves on Surrey County Councils 'Direct Payments Reference Group Committee'
