Monica has joined SILC after working in the Education sector over the last few years. She has previously worked as a Service Manager for Royal Voluntary Service, running the Meals on Wheels service as well as spending a great deal of her career in Customer Service roles. Monica thrives on providing great customer service and finds helping others a most gratifying and enriching experience.
